Terrible experience overall. Deposits went through instantly without any trouble, but once I actually won something, everything changed. My account was suddenly blocked from withdrawals and I was told to contact support — which barely exists. A bot answers you, and whenever you try to reach a real person, the system is down. This has been going on for a while. Very disappointing platform.

I would not recommend this app. I recorded myself playing the rabbit slot with no returns at all — the reels never pay out. The web version freezes constantly too.
